Try before you commit — 3-day trial

Instead of a money-back guarantee, B I G Vault offers an affordable 3-day trial on each plan (Personal, Pro and Business) at a fraction of the regular price. This lets you explore the full vault risk-free before committing to a subscription, so you only pay full price once you know it's right for you.

Data protection

All data inside your vault is encrypted end-to-end. Your private information stays private — even from us.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app Billing page, or via paddle.net. After cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because we provide a low-cost trial to evaluate the product before purchase, full subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Refunds for accidental charges, duplicate payments, or technical issues are considered on a case-by-case basis. Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record — to submit a request, visit paddle.net and look up your order using your checkout email, or contact our support team.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
