Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the B I G Vault service ("Service"), provided by B I G Vault ("B I G Vault", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Authority and accounts

You confirm you are of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. The Service

B I G Vault provides software for managing personal life and business operations including containers, sales, financials, contacts and team workflows. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or abuse;
• Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits);
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

5. Intellectual property

B I G Vault retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing page or via paddle.net; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify B I G Vault from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of B I G Vault's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
